Ceiling, walls, attic and insulation
Stairs and railing safety

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system(s)

Additionally, each standard inspection includes the identification (if present) of:

We incorporate 100's of pictures in every report. Your final report will be completed and emailed to you within 24 hours. I'll also provide each client with a color print-out of their property inspection that includes all photo's, test results (if applicable) and a list of local service providers.
Each inspection includes the determination of active mold growth and wood destroying organisms.
We'll also remain available to answer any questions long after the final report has been submitted.

As part of our general inspection if we identify excessive moisture or evidence of potential mold we'll let you know right them.
If requested we can perform a variety of test ranging from swab, tape and/or canister.
All our samples are sent the same day to a certified laboratory. Usually results are provided within 48 hours.
I provide each client with test results, analysis and interpretation. If necessary we can point you to the appropriate remediation experts.
We also test for Indoor Air and Water Quality. 48 hour turn-around.

Radon is a cancer-causing radioactive agent that is odorless, tasteless, and invisible to the naked eye. The EPA estimates that 1 in 15 homes in the US have high levels of radon. Any home can have a radon problem; new or old, well-sealed or drafty or homes with or without basements. Without appropriate testing it is impossible to determine if your home has high radon levels
We offer both a short term (3 to 4 days) and long term testing (8+ days). We set up the test, manage the chain of custody, ship the sample to a certified laboratory and provide you with the results within 24 hours.
